These images are in game screenshots from Kinect Joy Ride, a launch title for the Xbox 360 Kinect. My primary role on this project was Associate Art Director. I was responsible for art directing the worlds team and defining the visual high bar for the project. I was also in charge of creating the rendering and technical feature plan and worked directly with the pipeline, rendering, and technical art teams to ensure we hit the visual target in game. As well, I implemented naming conventions, scene organization, world scale and texel density guidelines. Due to staffing challenges, I created and maintained the lighting and post processing across all 16 environments. All of the modeling and texture work seen here was created by the worlds team.
